Tenancy Creation
We offer a full and robust service which covers all aspects of tenancy creation. We will guide and assist you in all aspects of finding good tenants and enabling the letting process.
We hold professional indemnity insurance and are regulated members of The Property Ombudsman, The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and The Dispute Service (TDS).
Our business is free from targets and we have no silent partners or investors. Therefore there is no pressure to rush or force any new tenancy when it may not be in the landlord’s interest. We will always focus on doing the right thing for our client.
Our fee structure provides a clear guide so you know what you are paying. We do not make any secret charges to service providers which may increase your costs.
