Having been born and bred in Cornwall Dan has enjoyed working in the lettings and surveying industry since 2006 in Penzance and Redruth. He is passionate about the built environment and providing ethical and professional management services in an industry that has not enjoyed the best reputation.
Dan’s primary roles are those of surveyor, building pathology specialist and in the areas of lettings technical knowledge and enforcement.

Ellie is a true Cornishwoman and started the family business with Dan having previously successfully owned and ran a property maintenance company for some years.
Ellie’s role within the business are that of company accounts manager. She received and process all rent payments, contractor payments, deposit payments and landlord payments.
Ellie has built significant experience in the industry since opening RDR Estates.
Georgina joined us in 2022 to provide repair and maintenance support together with completing property visits in our occupied properties.
Since joining us she has developed her skillset and role to now also be responsible for providing market valuations and taking on new business.
Georgina has many years experience working as a Property Manager in West Cornwall and is well equipped to provide our clients with considered advice surrounding repairs, maintenance and tenancy conduct.
Born and raised in Cornwall, Astra brings a fresh perspective and infectious enthusiasm to the team.
Though new to the property world, her bubbly nature, keen eye for detail, and commitment to delivering the best possible service make her a fantastic addition.
Astra is passionate about learning, connecting with people, and making every client feel truly looked after.
Raenie has joined the business in order to provide a permanent office presence and support to all members of the business. Her experience in the Lettings and Property has been gained through her having grown up with her parents (Ellie and Dan Roskilly) working in the industry.
Lila is our much‑loved Office Puppy, currently employed full‑time to improve morale, reduce stress, and ensure the office maintains an excellent standard of friendliness. Lila plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, positive working environment for staff and visitors alike. She is an integral part of the office and continues to exceed expectations in this role.

Dan from RDR undertook a building survey on a property for me. Got a very prompt response to my enquiry and clarification on the survey to be undertaken and the price. Had bit of wait for Dan to fit the inspection in to his schedule and a time convenient for the house owner but not a problem.
