Having been born and bred in Cornwall Dan has enjoyed working in the lettings and surveying industry since 2006 in Penzance and Redruth. He is passionate about the built environment and providing ethical and professional management services in an industry that has not enjoyed the best reputation.
Dan’s primary roles are those of surveyor, building pathology specialist and in the areas of lettings technical knowledge and enforcement.
MARLA
Ellie is a true Cornishwoman and started the family business with Dan having previously successfully owned and ran a property maintenance company for some years.
Ellie’s role within the business are that of company accounts manager. She received and process all rent payments, contractor payments, deposit payments and landlord payments.
Ellie has built significant experience in the industry since opening RDR Estates.
Raenie has joined the business in order to provide a permanent office presence and support to all members of the business. Her experience in the Lettings and Property has been gained through her having grown up with her parents (Ellie and Dan Roskilly) working in the industry.
Georgina joined us in 2022 to provide repair and maintenance support together with completing property visits in our occupied properties.
Since joining us she has developed her skillset and role to now also be responsible for providing market valuations and taking on new business.
Georgina has many years experience working as a Property Manager in West Cornwall and is well equipped to provide our clients with considered advice surrounding repairs, maintenance and tenancy conduct.
Bev, born and bred in Cornwall, entered the residential lettings industry in 2001 and has worked for a number of estate and letting agencies across the Penzance and Helston areas.
Over the years, Bev has developed a wide range of skills in property and office management, building excellent relationships with landlords, tenants, and local contractors alike.
Bev is excited to begin a new chapter with RDR Estates and looks forward to working with our existing clients, as well as building strong relationships with new landlords and tenants throughout the local community.
Lila joined RDR Estates as our Office Puppy and Chief Tail-Wagging Executive.
Her duties include greeting visitors, boosting office morale and ensuring no lunch goes unsupervised.
When she isn’t carrying out important inspections of anything that smells interesting, she can usually be found snoozing through meetings. Lila is paid entirely in treats, fuss and the occasional belly rub.

From the initial phone call I found them extremely friendly , professional and helpful where nothing was too much trouble. The survey was carried out the day it was booked for and I received the report within a few days which really impressed me. It was produced in a clear and understanding would make sense to anybody that was reading it.
